Stephen Ostiguy, BSBA
Steve Ostiguy has over twenty five years experience in business operations and human resource management. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of Redlands, School of Business and is currently the Senior Manager of Operational Performance for a Mortgage Banking company in San Diego, California.

He is also the father of Matthew Ostiguy who is currently racing in the Champ Car Rotax Kart Challenge in Southern California and has several championships from F1 Boston, Racing America, and endurance karting events across the country. Matthew was also recently asked to compete on the same team as Jordan in the "24 hours of Le Mans", endurance kart race in Le Mans, France in July, 2007 and the "24 hours of America" endurance kart race near West Palm Beach, Florida in January, 2008.

Richard Genga, BSME
Richard has over twenty five years of business management and product design experience.  His background has entailed execution of complex engineering development programs as well as owning and operating a product design engineering firm.  He holds a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering and Applied Mechanics for the University of Rhode Island and currently operates as Chief Engineer for a cutting edge medical company located in East Providence Rhode Island.  Mr. Genga holds nine US patents in the consumer, industrial and medical industries with an additional three pending. 

Jordan
Genga, Student & Entrepreneur
Jordan
is an 11th grade student presently attending East Greenwich High School located in the state of Rhode Island.  He is a automobile enthusiast with a strong passion for racing.  Jordan's endurance racing career includes multiple 1st place victories and league racing championships at F1 Boston, Racing America, and endurance Karting events across the country.  Jordan most recently was invited and raced with seven time SCCA champion Bill Goodale's racing team in the “24 hours of Le Mans”, a 24 hour endurance karting event which took place in Le Mans France this past July 2007.  Three U.S. teams raced in the event competing against 40 teams from around the globe, Jordan's team, including his good friend Matt Ostiguy, placed 5th overall while the other two U.S. teams captured 1st palace and 11th place finishes.  During the trip Jordan also had the opportunity to visit the beaches and U.S. cemetary in Normandy France, a powerful experience.

Tara Granahan, BA
Tara is an award-winning journalist, having been a TV & radio personality for 15 years; reporting on everything from breaking news to hard news interviews (President Clinton) to entertainment (Oprah, Regis Philbin, Rosie O’Donnell, Wynonna Judd, the 2001 Grammy Awards, the ladies of “The View” and the cast of “Good Morning America”) –she also appeared on ABC’s “All MY Children”.

Tara freelances in voice over work and production and is currently working in advertising and marketing as well. Tara received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island in Journalism and a minor degree in English; she was also fortunate to study abroad at the Oxford Polytechnic Institute in Oxford, England.

Tara has worked with numerous charities, hosting events for the SIDS Foundation, Think Pink RI, the Weber Foundation of Helping Hands, the Aspiring Dreamz Foundation, the Jonah Center, amongst others. Tara lives in Exeter, RI with her husband Kevin, and their two children, Morgan and Madison.

William Kirk, MBA
Bill received his undergraduate degree in Communications from Rhode Island College and his MBA with a concentration in Marketing from Providence College in 1998. He has more than 12 years of Sports Marketing experience, first with US Sailing, the National Governing Body for the sport of sailing where he managed several departments including Membership, Marketing and Sponsorship. While at US Sailing, he developed and implemented the Sailing Jr. Olympics in cooperation with the USOC. After US Sailing, Bill helped to launch SailNet.com, the counrty's largest on line retailer and communications resource for sailors. SailNet quickly grew to become an OEM manufacturer for several production boat builders as well as an on line market place for sailors, and a major sponsor of sailing events throughout the US.

Bill, currently the Training and Operations Manager for Aflac in Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts, continues to consult with companies in the sailing industry, assisting them with on line marketing, web site usability, search engine optimization, and relationship marketing.

Lynne Wight, MBA, CPA
Lynne has over twenty years in accounting working at public accounting firms as well as the private sector. She specializes in consulting, financial reporting and tax services for personal and business clients.  She received her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Masters in accounting from the University of Rhode Island.  As a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor, Lynne is able to setup, train and support clients with their computerized accounting needs.

She holds her Certified Public Accountants license in both Rhode Island and New York.  In addition she is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Rhode Island Society of Certified Public Accountants and the New York Society of Certified Public Accountants. As an active member of the community, Lynne serves on the Board of Directors and is the Finance Committee Chair for the North Country Transitional Living Center in Watertown, NY.
